摘　　要：“四个农业”指科技农业、绿色农业、品牌农业以及质量农业。农业机械装备水平对提升“四个农业”有重要作用。为了加大改革力度深入推进农业供给侧改革,推进“四个农业”发展,建设好农业现代化,使黑龙江省更好的肩负起国家粮食安全“压舱石”的重任。介绍了“四个农业”机械装备水平的现状,指出了“四个农业”机械装备水平存在的问题,给出了提升“四个农业”机械装备水平对策研究的合理建议。“Four agriculture”means science and technology agriculture,Green Agriculture,brand agriculture and quality agriculture.The level of agricultural machinery equipment plays an important role in promoting the“Four-agriculture”.In order to intensify the reform and push forward the supply-side reform of agriculture,push forward the development of the“Four agriculture”,and build up the agricultural modernization,to make Heilongjiang better shoulder the responsibility of the“Ballast”of national food security.This paper introduces the present situation of the level of“Four agricultural”machinery and equipment,and points out the problems existing in the level of“Four agricultural”machinery and equipment,this paper gives some reasonable suggestions on how to improve the level of“Four agricultural”machinery and equipment.
