摘  要:目的依据《汤液经法图》五味五脏补泻之法及五味合化、不合化之法,探讨性味对三焦脏腑的影响,总结诊疗湿热相关疾病的方法,为临床提供参考。方法以《汤液经法图》为理论研究基础,结合蒋永光性味量化的计算方法,计算藿朴夏苓汤、王氏连朴饮、宣清导浊汤的性味量化值。总结中医方剂性味配伍的治疗特点,为临床治疗疾病提供新的诊疗思路。结果藿朴夏苓汤性温,五味为甘主、苦次、辛更次。王氏连朴饮性寒,五味为甘主、苦次、辛更次。宣清导浊汤性温,五味为甘主、辛次、咸更次。结论藿朴夏苓汤重视卫气分湿热双解之法。王氏连朴饮重视健运脾胃,梳理气机,解表湿功效比藿朴夏苓汤弱。宣清导浊汤治疗重在清热利湿、理气除滞。Objective According to Tangye Jingfatu of the method of reinforcing and purging the five flavors and five zang organs and the method of combining and disintegrating the five flavors,this paper discusses the influence of the property and flavor on the san jiao Zangfu,summarizes the methods of clinical diagnosis and treatment of dampness-heat related diseases,and to provide reference for clinical practice.Methods Based on the theoretical research of Tangye Jingfatu,combined with the quantitative calculation method of Jiang Yongguang’s four characteristics and five tastes,the quantitative odor values of Huopo Xialing Decoction,Wang’s Lianpuyin and Xuanqing Daozhuo Decoction were calculated.Summarizing the therapeutic characteristics of the medicinal properties and flavor compatibility of TCM decoction and to provide a new diagnosis and treatment idea for the clinical treatment of diseases.Results Huopu xialing Decoction was warm,and its five tastes were sweet,bitter and spicy.Wang Lianpu Yin is cold,five tastes are sweet,bitter and spicy.Xuanqing Daozhuo Decoction is warm and its five tastes are sweet,spicy and salty.Conclusion Huopu xialing Decoction:paying attention to the method of separating moisture and heat from Wei Qi.Wang Lianpu Yin:emphasizing spleen and stomach,combing qi mechanism,and relieving surface dampness is weaker than Huopu xialing Decoction.Xuanqing Daozhuo Decoction:the treatment focuses on clearing heat and dampness,regulating qi and removing stagnation.
