摘 要:进口纳米陶瓷涂层厨具在使用中的有害物质分析在行业内研究甚少,缺乏有针对性的国家法规和行业安全标准,为此对进口纳米陶瓷涂层厨具工况下有害元素的迁移规律和摩擦剥落涂层残余物的粒径分布及有害元素含量进行初步研究。采用线性摩擦仪模拟工况条件,运用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)检测技术研究3种纳米陶瓷涂层不粘锅的As、Cd、Cr、Ni、Pb、Sb、Zn 7种有害元素迁移规律,统计了剥离涂层残余物的纳米颗粒分布情况,并研究有害元素含量。结果表明:模拟工况条件下,纳米陶瓷涂层厨具在使用寿命内7种有害元素迁移量均低于GB 4806—2016系列国标中元素特定迁移量的限值,不会对人体健康构成危害;摩擦剥落涂层残余物的纳米级颗粒在残余物总量中所占比例在0.65%~1.95%之间,残余物中Cr、Ni、Sb、Zn的最高总质量分别达到145.8483、6.6688、1.1187、0.6554 mg,远高于特定迁移量。日常使用过程中有害元素可能会以纳米颗粒为载体在人体中沉积,对人体构成潜在危害。The analysis of harmful substances in the use of imported nano-ceramic coated kitchenware is rarely studied in the industry,and there is a lack of targeted national regulations and industry safety standards.Therefore,a preliminary study was conducted on the migration law of harmful elements,the particle size distribution and harmful element content of friction peeling coating residues in imported nano-ceramic coated kitchenware under working conditions.The working conditions were simulated by linear friction instrument.The migration rule of 7 harmful elements of As,Cd,Cr,Ni,Pb,Sb,Zn in 3 nano-ceramic coating non-stick cookware was studied by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)detection technology.The distribution of nanoparticles in the residual coating after peeling was analyzed,and the content of harmful elements was studied.Results showed that the migration amount of 7 harmful elements in the nano-ceramic coated kitchenware during the service life of the simulated working conditions was lower than the limit value of specific migration amount of elements in GB 4806—2016 series national standards,which would not pose a harm to human health.The proportion of nanoscale particles in the total amount of friction peeling coating residue ranged from 0.65% to 1.95%,and the maximum total mass of Cr,Ni,Sb and Zn in the residue respectively reached 145.8483,6.6688,1.1187 and 0.6554 mg,which was much higher than the specific migration amount.In the process of daily use,the harmful elements may be deposited in the human body with nano particles as the carrier,posing a potential harm to the human body.
