摘  要:根据矿山信息化建设的需求,针对设备状态监测的数据传输难题,设计了一种应用于设备状态监测的边缘节点与数据管理系统。该系统通过应用Socket套接字和多线程技术,实现与数据采集边缘节点进行数据传输,完成了对边缘节点的管理需求,并根据矿山设备的运行状态实现了现场与云平台之间的报警数据实时同步和正常状态数据批量同步,实现在边缘层与云层之间进行可靠的数据同步。系统解决了数据传输实时性与通讯效率的矛盾,为矿山的信息化建设提供了技术支持。According to the demand of mine informatization construction and aiming at the data transmission problem of equipment condition monitoring,a system applied to equipment condition monitoring was designed,which manage edge nodes and data.In this system,data transmission with data acquisition edge nodes was realized by applying Socket and multithreading,which completes the edge nodes management requirements.Real-time synchronization of warning data and batch synchronization of normal condition data between the edge and cloud platform were designed according to the condition of mine equipment,which completes the data synchronization requirements between the edge and cloud.The system solves the contradiction between real-time data transmission and communication efficiency,and provides technical support for the informatization construction of mines.
