摘　　要：随着现代互联网技术的发展,企业信息化协同办公显的尤为重要。企业内部为实现数字化、信息化,都在推行信息化协同办公。本论文研究基于工作流标准,融合运用移动互联网等技术,打造一体化、一站式的协同办公系统,让员工可以安全、高效、共享、便捷的使用本系统,同时通过加强信息化的引进和技术创新来实现内部工作流的运转。协同办公平台是将现代化办公和计算机技术相结合的一种新型办公平台,将通过实现办公自动化和数字化来提升办公人员的效率,从而降低运营成本、减少无效沟通、增强企业内部的沟通协作效率。With the development of modern internet technology,collaborative office work for enterprise informatization has become particularly important.In order to achieve digitalization and informatization,enterprises are promoting information based collaborative office work.This paper studies the integration and application of mobile internet and other technologies based on workflow standards to create an integrated,one-stop collaborative office system,allowing employees to safely,efficiently,share,and conveniently use this system.At the same time,it strengthens the introduction of information technology and technological innovation to achieve the operation of internal workflows.Collaborative office platform is a new type of office platform that combines modern office and computer technology.It will improve the efficiency of office staff by implementing office automation and digitization,thereby reducing operating costs,reducing ineffective communication,and enhancing the efficiency of communication and collaboration within the enterprise.
