摘  要:材料牌号为GGG40的球墨铸铁铸件,验收时要求从铸件本体不同热节位置截取的4个试棒同时满足延伸率≥17%。因铸件内部微小的缩松、冷却条件、化学成份等多方面都会影响铸件本体材质验收要求。在垂直线造型工艺浇注系统设计中,运用均衡凝固理论解决铸件多处热节的缩松;研究适合产品的硅固溶铁素体球墨铸铁,低碳高硅的球墨铸铁成份范围,最终实现产品在垂直线造型条件下球墨铸铁小件本体力学性能的验收要求,并实现批量供货。For ductile iron castings with a material grade of GGG40,it is required during acceptance that four test bars taken from different hot spot positions of the casting body simultaneously meet an elongation rate of≥17%.Small shrinkage porosity,cooling conditions,chemical composition and other aspects inside the casting affect the acceptance requirements of the casting body material.In the design of the vertical molding process pouring system,the proportional solidification theory has been applied to solve the shrinkage porosity of multiple hot spots in the casting.The silicon solid solution ferrite ductile iron suitable for products and the composition range of low-carbon&high silicon ductile iron have been researched.Finally,the acceptance requirements for the mechanical properties of small ductile iron parts under vertical molding conditions have been achieved,while batch production has been provided.
