摘　　要：脉纹是指在铸件内腔表面有时出现条状或网状突起的、形状及走向不规则、两侧粗糙的楔形金属薄片,当水套腔内有脉纹时,轻者会影响内腔的清洁度,重者会影响冷却水的流量,从而降低对发动机的冷却效果,甚至会引起“烧缸”、“拉缸”严重后果;当气道内出现脉纹时,会影响气道涡流特性,最终影响发动机的整机工作性能。几十年来这种缺陷一直困扰着国内外汽车、内燃机等行业的铸造工作者。引入防脉纹剂应用,可以有效地消除脉纹缺陷,为了保障工艺的稳定性与可靠性,对IMF制芯中心进行了防脉纹剂自动化加料的探索,为广大铸造装备技术工作者提供参考。Veins refer to wedge-shaped metal sheets with irregular shapes and directions,and rough sides that sometimes appear on the surface of the inner cavity of a casting.When there are veins in the water jacket cavity,the cleanliness of the inner cavity can be affected in light cases,and the flow rate of cooling water can be affected in severe cases,thereby reducing the cooling effect on the engine and even causing serious consequences such as"cylinder burning"and"cylinder pulling";When vein lines appear in the airway,it will affect the vortex characteristics of the airway and ultimately affect the overall working performance of the engine.For decades,this defect has been troubling foundry workers in industries such as automobiles and internal combustion engines both domestically and internationally.Introducing the application of anti-vein agent can effectively eliminate vein defects.In order to ensure the stability and reliability of the process,an exploration has been conducted on the automatic feeding of anti-vein agent at the IMF core-making center,providing reference for casting equipment technicians.
