摘 要:制定合理的交通分流方案是实施高速公路改扩建工程的重要工作之一。针对分流路网中部分道路OD分布未知的情况,提出了基于增量分配法的高速公路改扩建交通分流方案制定方法。通过广东省中江高速公路改扩建的实例验证表明,基于该方法制定的分流方案,可以有效地降低施工路段的交通压力,合理分流路段交通量。分流路网中的高速公路平均车速在90km/h以上,其他道路平均车速为40~80km/h,饱和度处于[0.15,0.85]区间。Developing reasonable traffic segregation schemes has become an important task for implementing expressway reconstruction and expansion projects.In view of the situation where the OD distribution of some roads in the segregation network is unknown,a method for developing traffic segregation schemes for the reconstruction and expansion of expressways based on incremental assignment has beenproposed.Through the example of the reconstruction and expansion of Zhongjiang Expressway in Guangdong Province,it has been verified that the segregation scheme developed based on this method can effectively reduce traffic pressure on construction sections and reasonably divert traffic on diversion sections:the average speed of expressways in the diversion network is above 90 km/h,and the average speed of other roads is between 40 and 80 km/h,with saturation degree in the range of[0.15,0.85].
