摘 要:为提高水厂电力设备的监控效果,设计基于Modbus RTU通信协议的水厂电力设备智能监控系统。系统由3个模块构成:基于Modbus RTU通信协议设计从站模块;通过红外热成像仪、PC机等设计红外热成像模块;设计红外图像拼接算法,通过图像拼接扩大监测视角,将红外图像边缘检测算法和阈值分割方法相结合,完成图像处理模块设计。测试结果表明,设计系统在数据传输中丢帧较少,通信误码率低于1%,通过设计系统能够捕捉高热故障,且捕捉量较高。In order to improve the monitoring effect of water plant power equipment,an intelligent monitoring system based on Modbus RTU communication protocol is designed.The system consists of three modules:design slave station module based on Modbus RTU communication protocol;through the infrared thermal imager,PC design infrared thermal imaging module;infrared image splicing algorithm is designed to enlarge the monitoring perspective through image splicing,and infrared image edge detection algorithm and threshold segmentation method are combined to complete the design of image processing module.The test results show that the design system has less frame loss in data transmission,and the communication bit error rate is less than 1%.Through the design of the system can capture high heat fault,and capture a high amount.
