新冠奥密克戎感染与甲乙型流感患者hs-CRP的研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨新冠奥密克戎感染轻型、普通型患者年轻人与老年人hs-CRP水平有无差异,与甲乙型流感患者hs-CRP水平有无明显差异。方法 收集在上海市疫情封城期间某新冠病毒肺炎定点医院隔离住院治疗轻型及普通型患者的hs-CRP数据,与同一时期门诊甲乙型流感患者的hs-CRP数据作对比。结果 四组患者中,各组之间年轻人与老年人hs-CRP水平无统计学差异(P>0.05);四组患者之间对比,hs-CRP水平无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 新冠病毒奥密克戎毒株感染的患者,其炎症反应水平与其他常见的呼吸道病毒感染性疾病并无明显差异。Objective To investigate whether there is a difference in hs-CRP level between young and old patients with mild and common COVID-19 Omicron infection,and whether there is a significant difference in hs-CRP level between young and old patients with influenza A and B.Methods The hs-CRP data of mild and common patients isolated and hospitalized in a designated hospital of COVID-19 during the lockdown period in Shanghai were collected and compared with the hs-CRP data of outpatient patients with type A or type B influenza during the same period.Results There was no significant difference in hs-CRP level between the young and the old patients among the four groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in hs-CRP level among the four groups(P>0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that the level of inflammatory response in patients infected with COVID-19 Omicron strain is likely to be not significantly different from that of other common respiratory viral infectious diseases。
