摘 要:目的探究恶性血液病(HM)患者层流床内空气含菌量变化情况并分析其影响因素.方法采用任意抽样法,选取2021年1月至2022年9月厦门医学院附属第二医院血液科的HM患者为调查对象,共纳入251例患者.用自制调查表收集患者的一般资料,用平板暴露法测定层流床内空气含菌量.通过二元Logistic回归分析层流床内空气含菌量的影响因素.结果单因素分析显示不同性别、年龄、护士操作次数、住院时间的HM患者层流床内空气含菌量变化差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);二元Logistic回归分析显示,护士操作次数(OR=1.981,95%CI:1.342~3.045,P=0.015)和住院时间(OR=1.291,95%CI:1.098~2.471,P=0.003)是HM患者层流床内细菌含量变化的独立影响因素.结论HM患者入住层流床后,病床内空气含菌量变化受多种因素影响,护士操作次数、住院时间是其主要的独立影响因素.Objective To investigate the change in air bacterial content in laminar flow bed and its influencing factors in patients with hematological malignancy(HM).Methods A total of 251 HM patients admitted to the department of hematology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen Medical College from January 2021 to September 2022 were selected by random sampling method.General data of the patients were collected using self-made questionnaire.Air bacterial content in the laminar flow bed was determined by plate exposure method.Binary logistic regression was used to analyze the factors influencing the air bacterial content in the laminar flow bed.Results Univariate analysis showed that the gender,age,number of nurse operations and length of hospital stay significantly affected the air bacteria content in laminar flow bed of HM patients(P<0.05).Binary logistic regression analysis showed that the number of nurse operations(OR=1.981,95%CI:1.342~3.045,P=0.015)and the length of hospital stay(OR=1.291,95%CI:1.098~2.471,P=0.003)were independent factors affecting the bacterial content in the laminar flow bed.Conclusion The air bacterial content is affected by multiple factors after HM patients are admitted to laminar flow bed,and the number of nurse operations and the length of hospital stay are the main influencing factors.
