补肺汤合二陈汤治疗小儿喘息样支气管炎肾肺两虚脾虚痰阻证的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的:研究分析补肺汤合二陈汤治疗小儿喘息样支气管炎肾肺两虚脾虚痰阻证的临床疗效。方法:选取仪征市中医院收治的喘息样支气管炎肾肺两虚脾虚痰阻证患儿60例为研究对象,按照奇偶数法均分为两组,即对照组30例、研究组30例。对照组给予黄龙止咳颗粒治疗,研究组给予补肺汤合二陈汤治疗,观察比较两组的临床疗效、肺功能指标及不良反应发生率。结果:与对照组相比,研究组的临床总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组治疗后的呼吸系统阻力(RrsSO)均更低,呼吸系统静态顺应性(CrsSO)均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组治疗后的RrsSO更低,CrsSO更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,研究组治疗期间的不良反应发生率略低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补肺汤合二陈汤治疗小儿喘息样支气管炎肾肺两虚脾虚痰阻证疗效确切,能改善患儿的肺功能,且不良反应少,具有高效、安全、可靠的特点。Objective:To study and analyze the clinical effect of Bufei Decoction and Erchen Decoction on the syndrome of kidney and lung deficiency and spleen deficiency phlegm obstruction in children with asthmatic bronchitis.Methods:60 cases of asthmatic bronchitis with kidney and lung deficiency and spleen deficiency phlegm obstruction were selected from Yizheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and were divided into two groups according to odd and even number method,namely control group(30 cases)and study group(30 cases).The control group was treated with Huanglong Zhike granules,and the study group was treated with Bufei Decoction and Erchen Decoction.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function indexes and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the respiratory system resistance(RrsSO)was lower and the respiratory system static compliance(CrsSO)was higher in both groups after treatment,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,RrsSO was lower and CrsSO was higher in the study group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the study group was slightly lower,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bufei Decoction combined with Erchen Decoction is effective in treating the syndrome of kidney and lung deficiency and spleen deficiency phlegm obstruction in children with asthmatic bronchitis.It can improve the lung function of children with less adverse reactions,and has the characteristics of high efficiency,safety and reliability.
