摘  要:目的:基于网络药理学方法分析重楼镇惊汤调治抽动障碍的药理作用机制。方法:通过TCMSP数据库获取重楼镇惊汤的化学成分及靶点,并在Gencards等数据库获取抽动障碍靶点,利用String平台进行PPI网络分析,用Metascape平台进行富集分析,用Cytoscape3.8.0软件构建“成分-靶点”网络。结果及结论:重楼镇惊汤调治抽动障碍的核心活性成分为槲皮素、山柰酚等,核心靶点有AKT1、IL6、TNF等,关键通路包括PI3K-Akt、MAPK等信号通路。本研究为深入研究重楼镇惊汤调治抽动障碍机制提供了新思路。Objective:To analyze the pharmacological mechanism of Zhonglou Zhenjing Decoction in the treatment of tic disorder based on network pharmacological method.Methods:Chemical constituents and targets of Zhonglzhenjing decoction were obtained from TCMSP database,and tic disorder targets were obtained from Gencards and other databases.The String platform was used for PPI network analysis,Metascape platform was used for enrichment analysis,and Cytoscape3.8.0 software was used to construct the“composition-target”network.Results and CONCLUSION:The core active components of Zhonglou Zhenjing Decoction in the treatment of tic disorder are quercetin,kaempferol,etc.The core targets are AKT1,IL6,TNF,etc.The key pathways include PI3K-Akt,MAPK and other signaling pathways.This study provides a new idea for further study on the mechanism of Zhuonlou Zhen Zhen Zhen Zhen Zhen Decoction in treating tic disorder.
