摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症是临床常见病之一,是因腰椎间盘病变,纤维环破裂,髓核突出刺激或压迫神经根、马尾神经所引起的一种综合征。保守治疗是其主要的治疗手段之一,但效果不持久。而根据临床结果反馈,本文提到的祖师麻注射液穴位注射与浮针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症有特殊的优势。本文旨在分析祖师麻注射液穴位注射联合浮针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的理论依据,以期为相关临床治疗提供参考。Lumbar disc herniation is one of the common clinical diseases.It is a syndrome caused by lumbar disc disease,annulus fibrous rupture,nucleus pulposus protrusion stimulation or compression of nerve roots and cauda equina nerve.Conservative treatment is one of the main treatment methods,but the effect is not lasting.According to the clinical results,the Zushima injection and floating needle therapy mentioned in this paper have special advantages in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.The purpose of this article is to analyze the theoretical basis of Zushima injection combined with floating needle in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,in order to provide reference for related clinical treatment.
