摘　　要：目的:探讨自动弹力线套扎术联合龙血竭胶囊及九华膏对混合痔(RMH)术后愈合效果的影响。方法:选择2022年1月至2022年12月南雄市人民医院收治的RMH患者100例,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组50例于肛周神经阻滞麻醉下行混合痔外剥内扎术,术后予以乳果糖口服液治疗;观察组50例采用自动弹力线套扎术进行治疗,术后外用九华膏+龙血竭胶囊。比较两组的创面愈合情况、血清学指标以及治疗安全性。结果:两组治疗前的创面评分、血清学指标相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后的创面疼痛、渗液、水肿评分均有所降低,且观察组均更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、血小板源性生长因子(PDFG)、碱性成纤维生长因子(bFGF)水平均有所升高,且观察组均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的治疗安全性均较为理想。结论:RMH患者进行自动弹力线套扎术后使用九华膏+龙血竭胶囊的效果较好,有利于改善其血清学指标,加快创面愈合,且安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the effect of automatic elastic string ligation combined with Longxuejie capsule and Jiuhua ointment on the healing effect of mixed hemorrhoids(RMH)after operation.Methods:100 patients with RMH admitted to Nanxiong People’s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.In the control group,50 cases were treated with lactulose oral liquid after perianal nerve block anesthesia and mixed hemorrhoid external stripping and internal ligation.Observation group 50 cases were treated with automatic elastic ligature,after which Jiuhua ointment+Longxuei capsule was applied externally.Wound healing,serological indexes and treatment safety were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in wound score and serological index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The scores of wound pain,effusion and edema after treatment were decreased in both groups,and lower in the observation group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),platelet-derived growth factor(PDFG)and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)in 2 groups were increased after treatment,and the levels in observation group were higher,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The safety of treatment in both groups was satisfactory.Conclusion:The effect of Jiuhua paste+Longxuei capsule after automatic elastic wire ligation in RMH patients is better,which is conducive to improving serological indexes,accelerating wound healing,and has high safety.
