摘　　要：2023年1月中国康复医学会肿瘤康复专业委员会在《中国康复医学杂志》上发表2023版《以功能障碍为中心的中国癌症患者运动康复专家共识》。现基于直肠癌典型病例,解读本专家共识,突出以功能障碍为中心,呼吁更多一线临床医师关注肿瘤运动康复,促进运动康复在癌症患者临床实践中的发展和应用。In January 2023,the Oncology Rehabilitation Specialized Committee of the Chinese Association of Rehabilitation Medicine published the 2023 edition of the Expert Consensus on Exercise Rehabilitation of Cancer Patients in China Centered with Dysfunction in the Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Medicine.Based on typical medical cases of colorectal cancer,this study interpreted the expert consensus,emphasizing a dysfunction-centered approach and calling for more frontline clinical physicians to pay attention to cancer exercise rehabilitation.This study is expected to promote the development and application of exercise rehabilitation in the clinical practice of cancer patients.
