江西特产中药茶芎研究进展及其质量标志物预测分析

摘　　要：茶芎是江西特色品种药材,药用历史悠久,传统功效为活血行气、祛风止痛。现代研究结果表明茶芎主要含有苯酞类、有机酚酸类、生物碱类、黄酮类、香豆素类、多糖类等化学成分,具有抗炎、镇痛、抗血栓形成、促进血管扩张等活性。现对历代本草、医书中茶芎的资料进行考证,从茶芎的化学成分、药理作用等几方面对茶芎研究现状进行综述,并根据质量标志物的概念,从亲缘性及其成分特有性、传统功效、药性、化学成分可测性、入血成分等方面,对茶芎质量标志物进行预测分析,以期为茶芎的深入研究开发提供依据。Ligusticum sinense Oliv cv.Chaxiong is a characteristic medicinal herb in Jiangxi province and has a long history of medical use,with the effects of promoting blood circulation,regulating qi movement,expelling wind,and relieving pain.Modern research has proved that this herb mainly contains chemical components such as phthalides,phenolic acids,alkaloids,flavonoids,coumarins,and polysaccharides and has anti-inflammatory,pain-relieving,antithrombotic,and vessel-dilating activities.Textual research of this herb was carried out with the herbal and medical books of past dynasties.The research progress in the chemical components and pharmacological effects of this herb was reviewed.Further,the quality markers of L.sinense Oliv cv.Chaxiong were predicted from the aspects of phylogenetic relationship,specific components,traditional efficacy,drug properties,chemical component measurability,and components in plasma,with a view to providing a basis for the in-depth research and development of this medicinal herb.
