摘  要:目的 探索3D打印模型联合CBL教学法在骨折教学中的效果。方法 选择2018年9月—2019年5月于北京中医药大学东直门医院参与中医骨伤专业临床实习的40名学生随机分为观察组、对照组,观察组采用3D打印模型并联合CBL教学法进行教学,对照组应用常规教具。比较2组教学中学生主观考核成绩和客观考核成绩的差别。结果 观察组理论知识考核成绩与对照组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组临床实践技能成绩(89.09±2.193)分明显优于对照组的(83.59±4.542)分(P<0.05);观察组学生在学习效果、学习兴趣、对骨折理解程度、诊断能力、术前计划能力、手术操作能力及总体满意度的自我评价方面,评分均高于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论 3D打印模型联合CBL教学法的教学模式用在中医骨伤科学课程中有较好的优势,有助于提高学生的兴趣,改善学生的学习效果,提升学生的操作能力,值得进一步推广。Objective To explore the effect of 3D printing model and CBL teaching method in fracture teaching.Methods Forty students who participated in the clinical practice of orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine in Dongzhimen Hospital from September 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group used 3D printing model combined with CBL teaching method.The observation group used conventional teaching methods.The difference between the subjective and objective assessment scores of the two groups of students was compared.Results There was no significant difference between observation group and control group in theoretical knowledge assessment(P>0.05).The scores of clinical practice skills in the observation group(89.09±2.193)were significantly better than those in the control group(83.59±4.542)(P<0.05).Students in the observation group scored higher than those in the traditional teaching group in terms of learning effect,learning interest,understanding degree of fracture,diagnosis ability,preoperative planning ability,operation ability and overall satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching model of 3D printing model and CBL teaching method has good advantages in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine,which helps to improve students‘interest,learning effect and students’operation ability,which is worthy of further promotion.
