六郁同治法组方治疗代谢综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察六郁同治法组方治疗代谢综合征的临床效果及作用机制。方法 选取符合纳入标准的148例代谢综合征患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组各74例,对照组采用常规疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上口服六郁代综胶囊,2组疗程均为12周。比较2组疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率86.49%(64/74)优于对照组的67.57%(50/74)(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组的中医证候积分、体质量指数(BMI)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平较对照组下降明显(P<0.05);治疗组总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及尿酸(UA)的改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的空腹胰岛素(FINS)、餐后2 h胰岛素(2 h INS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)均较对照组降低(P<0.05),胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)升高(P<0.05);治疗组的超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、瘦素(LEP)均较对照组降低(P<0.05),脂联素(APN)较对照组升高(P<0.05)。结论 “六郁同治法”组方治疗代谢综合征的临床效果确切,其作用机制可能与调节脂肪因子及减轻慢性炎症反应相关。Objective To observe the clinical effect and mechanism of six stagnations elimination therapy prescription in the treatment of metabolic syndrome.Methods A total of 148 cases of patients with metabolic syndrome met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 74 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy,and the treatment group was given Liuyu Daizong capsule orally on the basis of the control group.The treatment course of both groups was 12 weeks,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,BMI,SBP,DBP,FBG,2hPBG and HbA1c levels in the treatment group were significantly decreased compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C and UA in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).FINS,2hINS and HOMA-IR in the treatment group were decreased compared with those in the control group(P<0.05),while HOMA-βwas increased(P<0.05).Hs-crp,IL-6,TNF-αand LEP in the treatment group were decreased compared with those in the control group(P<0.05),while APN was increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of six stagnations elimination therapy prescription in the treatment of metabolic syndrome is definite,and its mechanism may be related to regulating the level of adipokine and alleviating chronic inflammatory response.
