摘　　要：大肠息肉是对从黏膜表面畸形突出到达肠腔内部的突起样病变的统称,包括肿瘤性息肉和非肿瘤性息肉2种组织学类型。肿瘤性息肉又称腺瘤性大肠息肉,属于腺上皮中的一种良性肿瘤。随着经济、社会的发展和人们饮食结构的改变,大肠息肉的检出率和癌变率逐年升高,腺瘤性大肠息肉的癌变率也极高,故预防腺瘤性大肠息肉的复发极为重要。Colonic polyp is a general term for protuberant lesions that protrude malformed from mucosal surface to intestinal lumen.Colorectal polyps include neoplastic polyps and non-neoplastic polyps.Neoplastic polyps,also known as adenomatous colorectal polyps,are benign tumors in glandular epithelium with the development of economy and society and the change of people’s diet structure,the detection rate and cancer rate of colon polyps increase year by year.It can be seen that the cancer rate of adenomatous colon polyp is very high,so it is very important to prevent the recurrence of adenomatous colon polyp.
