大柴胡汤治疗慢性胆囊炎急性发作临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨大柴胡汤加减对慢性胆囊炎急性发作患者治疗效果及生活质量的影响。方法 将92例慢性胆囊炎急性发作患者按入院顺序分为对照组和试验组,各46例。对照组给予盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液联合复方阿嗪米特肠溶片治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予大柴胡汤加减。2组均治疗10 d。比较2组临床疗效、白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞比例(NEUT%)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平,以及视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分和健康调查简表(SF-36)综合评分。结果 试验组总有效率为93.48%(43/46),高于对照组的76.09%(35/46)(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,试验组治疗后WBC、NEUT%及CRP水平较低,VAS评分较低,SF-36评分较高(P<0.05)。结论 大柴胡汤加减治疗慢性胆囊炎急性发作的效果显著,能减轻炎症,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect Dachaihu decoction on therapeutic effect and quality of life of patients with acute attack of chronic cholecystitis.Methods 92 patients with acute attack of chronic cholecystitis were divided into control group and treatment group according to the order of admission,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride injection and compound azinamide enteric coated tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Dachaihu decoction on the basis of the control group.The 2 groups were both treated for 10d.The clinical effect,the white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil ratio(neut%),C-reactive protein(CRP)levels,pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score and comprehensive score of health survey brief form(SF-36)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 93.48%(43/46),which was higher than that of control group(76.09%,35/46)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of WBC,NEUT%and CRP in experimental group after treatment were lower,VAS score was lower,SF-36 score was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Dachaihu decoction is effective in the treatment of acute attack of chronic cholecystitis,which can reduce inflammation and improve the quality of life.
