通络调脂汤治疗动脉粥样硬化临床观察

摘　　要：目的 研究通络调脂汤运用于动脉粥样硬化中的价值。方法 选择江西省万安县人民医院2020年6月-2021年9月收治的74例动脉粥样硬化患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,各37例。汤剂组服用通络调脂汤,参照组选择常规治疗,比较2组的用药结果。结果 汤剂组总有效率89.19%(33/37)高于参照组的70.27%(26/37)(P<0.05)。汤剂组不良反应发生率8.11%(3/37)与参照组的13.51%(5/37)对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。服药前2组血脂、心功能、肠道菌群指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);服药后汤剂组三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、室间隔厚度(IVST)、左室后壁厚度(LVPWT)、大肠杆菌水平低于参照组,但高密度脂蛋白(HDLC)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、心排血量(CO)、乳杆菌、双歧杆菌水平高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 通络调脂汤治疗动脉粥样硬化的效果显著,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical value of Tongluo Tiaozhi decoction in atherosclerosis.Methods 74 atherosclerosis patients treated from June 2020 to April 2021 in Wanan People’s Hospital were selected.According to random number table,they were divided into two groups,with 37 cases in each group.The decoction group took Tongluo Tiaozhi decoction,and the control group chose conventional treatment.The results of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the decoction group was 89.19%(33/37),which was higher than that of the reference group(70.27%,26/37)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the decoction group was 8.11%(3/37)compared with 13.51%(5/37)in the control group,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in blood lipid,heart function and intestinal flora between the two groups before taking the drug(P>0.05).The levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),interventricular septal thickness(IVST),left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPWT)and Escoli in the decoction group were lower than those in the control group.However,the levels of high density lipoprotein(HDL-C),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac output(CO),Lactobacillus and bifidobacterium were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongluo Tiaozhi decoction can reduce the blood lipid levels and pathogenic bacteria,adjust the intestinal flora disturbance,and improve the curative effects,cardiac function and intestinal probiotics.
