疏肝润目汤联合眼部中药熏蒸对干燥性角膜结膜炎患者视力恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析疏肝润目汤联合眼部中药熏蒸对干燥性角膜结膜炎患者视力恢复的促进作用。方法 根据随机数字表法,将2021年1月-2022年1月在山东省青岛市黄岛区中医医院收治的86例干燥性角膜结膜炎患者分为观察组和对照组,各43例。2组均采用常规治疗,同时观察组另予以疏肝润目汤联合眼部中药熏蒸治疗。比较2组患者视觉质量、泪膜破裂时间与泪腺分泌实验、临床疗效。结果 治疗后观察组视觉质量相比对照组较高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组泪膜破裂时间相比对照组较长,泪腺分泌相比对照组较多(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为95.35%(41/43),高于对照组的81.40%(35/43)(P<0.05);治疗后2组C-反应蛋白(CRP)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均有所下降,且观察组相对更低(P<0.05)。结论 经疏肝润目汤联合眼部中药熏蒸治疗干燥性角膜结膜炎,效果显著,可有效延长泪膜破裂时间,促进泪腺分泌,促进患者视力恢复。Objective To analyze the promoting effect of Shugan Runmu decoction combined with ocular Chinese herbal medicine fumigation on vision recovery in patients with keratoconjunctivitis xerosis.Methods According to the random number table method,86 patients with keratoconjunctivitis xerosis who were treated in Huangdao District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2022 were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional treatment,while the observation group was additionally treated with Shugan Runmu decoction combined with ocular Chinese herbal medicine fumigation.The visual quality,tear film break-up time,lacrimal gland secretion test,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the visual quality of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the tear film rupture time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the secretion of lacrimal gland was more than that of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 95.35%(41/43),which was higher than that of control group(81.40%,35/43)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in two groups were decreased,and the levels in observation group were lower than those in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Runmu decoction combined with ocular Chinese herbal medicine fumigation has a significant effect,can effectively prolong the tear film rupture time,promote the secretion of the lacrimal gland,and promote the recovery of the patient’s vision.
