针刺环跳穴合心理暗示治疗癔病性失语临床观察

摘　　要：目的 比较针刺环跳穴+心理暗示与安慰剂+心理暗示治疗癔病性失语的临床效果,为治疗癔病性失语探索新方法。方法 选择60例符合纳入标准的癔病性失语患者随机分为观察组(环跳穴+心理暗示组)、对照组(安慰剂+心理暗示)。每组30例。2组均连续治疗3 d。3 d后评定患者治疗前后嗓音障碍指数(VIH)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,同时比较2组的临床疗效。结果 2组治疗后功能(F)、生理(P)、情感(E)、TVH、HAMD评分均降低,且观察组改善效果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 针刺环跳穴+心理暗示治疗癔病性失语效果确切,在改善患者嗓音功能、生理及情感和抑郁状态方面,疗效优于安慰剂+心理暗示。Objective To compare the clinical effect of acupuncture Huantiao(GB30)and psychological suggestion and placebo and psychological suggestion in the treatment of hysterical aphasia,and to explore a new method for the treatment of hysterical aphasia.Methods 60 hysterical aphasia patients were randomly divided into observation group(Huantiao(GB30)and psychological suggestion group)and control group(placebo and psychological suggestion group).30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated for 3 days.Three days later,the patients’voice disturbance index(VIH)and Hamilton Depression(HAMD)were assessed before and after treatment,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of F,P,E,TVH and HAMD in the two groups were decreased,and the improvement effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Therapeutic effect of acupuncture at Huantiao(GB30)and psychological suggestion on hysterical aphasia is definite.The therapeutic effect is better than that of placebo and psychological suggestion in improving voice function,physiology,emotion and depression of patients.
