益气活血通痹方合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症临床观察

摘　　要：目的 分析下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(Atherosclerosis occlusion,ASO)行自拟益气活血通痹方合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗的价值。方法 选择80例患者为研究对象,分观察组(自拟益气活血通痹方合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片)40例、对照组(硫酸氢氯吡格雷片)40例,观察治疗效果。结果 对照组临床指标低于观察组(P<0.05);对照组血清炎症指标高于观察组(P<0.05);对照组的总有效率75.00%(30/40)低于观察组的97.50%(39/40)(P<0.05)。结论 下肢ASO患者采取自拟益气活血通痹方合硫酸氢氯吡格雷片治疗,可以改善患者的炎性因子水平、踝肱指数(ABI)、最大步行距离(MWD),提升效果,临床价值高。Objective To analyze the value of Yiqi Huoxue Tongbi prescription combined with clopidogrel bisulfate tablets in the treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO)of lower limbs.Methods 80 patients were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into observation group of 40 cases(Yiqi Huoxue Tongbi prescription combined with clopidogrel bisulfate tablet)and control group of 40 cases(clopidogrel bisulfate tablet).The therapeutic effect was compared.Results The clinical indexes of the control group were lower than those of the observation group(P<0.05).The serum inflammation index of the control group was higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of control group was 75.00%(30/40),which was lower than that of observation group(97.50%,39/40)(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Tongbi prescription combined with clopidogrel bisulfate tablets in the treatment of ASO of lower limbs can improve inflammatory factors and factors,can effectively improve the index of ankle and brachial and maximum walking distance,improve the therapeutic effect,and have high clinical value.
