以营卫理论为指导的中风护理初步实践

摘　　要：中医理论认为营卫是人体精微物质,具有维持生命活动的重要功能,因而是护理的重要依据与基本内容。营卫与生命体征的维持、吃喝拉撒睡等日常生活、基础护理的各项内容等密切相关。营卫护卫周身,护理照料营卫。据此提出以营卫理论为指导的具有中医特色且普遍适宜的“营卫护理模式”,并以中风为例,初步阐述了营卫理论指导下的中风护理实践。通调营卫贯穿于中风护理全过程,包括稳定重症患者的生命体征,指导各期、各证的施护原则以及调护技术,指导护理原发病、预防复中、促进功能康复,指导患者及家属居家自我护理方法。营卫为中医护理的立足点,使临床护理工作有理可依,有法可循。The theory of Traditional Chinese medicine believes that ying and wei are the subtle substance of the human body,which has the important function of sustaining life activities.Therefore,it is an important basis and basic content of nursing.Ying and wei are closely related to the maintenance of vital signs,daily life and basic nursing.Ying and wei guard the whole body and nursing care ying and wei.Based on the theory of ying and wei,the“ying and wei theory care model”with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics and universal suitability was put forward.Taking stroke as an example,the nursing practice of apoplexy under the guidance of ying and wei theory is expounded.Regulating ying and wei runs through the whole process of stroke nursing,including stabilizing the vital signs of severe patients,guiding the principles of care and nursing techniques of each stage and syndrome,guiding the nursing of the primary disease,prevention and rehabilitation,promoting functional rehabilitation,and guiding the self-care methods of patients and their families at home.Ying and wei are the foothold of traditional Chinese medicine nursing,so that clinical nursing work can be justified and there are laws to follow.
