摘　　要：现代研究认为,2型糖尿病是由环境和遗传等因素共同作用而形成的慢性代谢性疾病,是继心血管、癌症之后威胁人类健康的第三大疾患,也是血管损害的主要基础疾病。中医认为五脏禀赋不足或后天功能失调是2型糖尿病的重要致病因素,其发病机制与气血阴阳以及痰湿、瘀血等病理产物息息相关。近年来,中医药在改善糖尿病症状,延缓病情发展方面不断探索,中医名家在诊疗糖尿病中各抒己见,百家争鸣,各有特色。此文将2型糖尿病病机分析与名家经验进行了总结归纳,提出了2型糖尿病中医患病基础、不同阶段病机及名家防治特点,以期为该病中医药研究及临床提供借鉴。Modern studies believe that type 2 diabetes is a chronic metabolic disease caused by environmental and genetic factors.It is the third major disease threatening human health after cardiovascular disease and cancer,and the main basic disease of vascular damage.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)believes that the deficiency of the five-zang organs or acquired dysfunction is an important basic factor leading to type 2 diabetes,and its pathogenesis is closely related to the pathological products of qi and blood yin and yang,phlegm and dampness,blood stasis and so on.In recent years,TCM has made continuous achievements in improving the symptoms of diabetes and delaying the development of the disease.Prestigious TCM experts have expressed their opinions in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes,and a hundred schools of thought contend with each other.In this paper,the pathogenesis analysis of type 2 diabetes mellitus and the experience of famous experts were summarized,and the basis of the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus in TCM,the pathogenesis of different stages and the prevention and treatment characteristics of famous experts were proposed,in order to provide reference for the study of type 2 diabetes mellitus in TCM and clinical practice.
