中医身体观的历史演变及现代性阐释研究

摘　　要：中医身体观是指中医视角下对身体的综合认识,是中医学的理论基础。与其他学科概念下的身体观相比,中医对身体的注重除身体的物质性外,还包括身体的整体性、联系性、功能性和全部生命,故身体观研究是对中医基础理论的继承,对中医的现代发展以及人类生命健康十分重要。通过梳理中医身体观的历史渊源和发展脉络,分析中医身体观的现实困境,有助于探索中医身体观的现代性阐释,研究身体观问题与中医基础理论的关系及其在中医核心价值中的定位,从而更加科学、深刻地理解我国传统文化资源。The body view of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)refers to the comprehensive understanding of the body from the perspective of TCM,which is the theoretical basis of TCM.Compared with the views of body in other disciplines,TCM pays attention to not only the materiality of the body,but also the integrity,connection,function and whole life of the body.Therefore,the study of body view is very important for the inheritance of the basic theory of TCM,the development of the modernization of TCM and human life and health.This paper dived into the body view from the perspective of philosophy of TCM by exploring the historical origin of the body view,combing its development context and analyzing the difficulties and feasibility of the modern interpretation of TCM,which will help us to have a deeper understanding of the basic theory of TCM and take a good new path of the development of TCM with our own traditional cultural resources.
