血常规检验在妊娠期贫血中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析在妊娠期贫血患者中实施血常规检验的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月—2022年7月淄博市妇幼保健院收治的80例妊娠期贫血患者作为观察组,另外选择同期来本院接受健康体检的80名孕妇作为参照组,所有研究样本均接受血常规检验,对比两组的血常规检验结果、血常规检验结果。结果观察组Hb(98.52±5.36)g/L、MCV(85.52±3.62)fL、RBC(3.06±0.42)×10^(12)/L、MCHC(302.45±12.58)g/L低于参照组,RDW(19.35±2.52)%高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=30.871、20.808、19.264、16.734、19.136,P<0.05)。不同孕期的妊娠期贫血患者的Hb、MCV、RBC、MCHC、RDW比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。孕期和Hb、MCV、RBC、MCHC之间存在负相关(r=-0.532、-0.654、-0.467、-0.488,P<0.05),与RDW存在正相关(r=0.654,P<0.05)。结论在妊娠期贫血患者中实施血常规检验能明确患者的病情,具有一定应用价值。Objective To analyze the application value of implementing blood routine tests in patients with anemia during pregnancy.Methods A total of 80 patients with anemia during pregnancy admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the observation group,and another 80 pregnant women who came to our hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the reference group.All the study samples were subjected to routine blood test,and the results of routine blood test and blood routine test were compared between the two groups.Results The Hb(98.52±5.36)g/L,MCV(85.52±3.62)fL,RBC(3.06±0.42)×10^(12)/L,MCHC(302.45±12.58)g/L in observation group were lower than those in reference group,and RDW(19.35±2.52)%was higher than that in reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=30.871,20.808,19.264,16.734,19.136,P<0.05).Comparison of Hb,MCV,RBC,MCHC,and RDW in patients with gestational anemia of different gestational periods,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pregnancy was negatively correlated with Hb,MCV,RBC,MCHC(r=-0.532,-0.654,-0.467,-0.488,P<0.05),and positively correlated with RDW(r=0.654,P<0.05).Conclusion Blood routine test in patients with pregnancy-induced anemia can clarify the patient's condition and has certain application value.
