改良森田疗法对精神分裂症康复期患者生活质量及应对方式的影响

摘　　要：目的观察改良森田疗法对精神分裂症康复期患者生活质量和应对方式的影响。方法选取2022年5—10月在淄博市精神卫生中心住院的80例精神分裂症康复期患者作为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组40例,两组均沿用原有常规药物,观察组同时加入改良森田疗法,共治疗5周。采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评估精神症状、采用精神分裂症患者生活质量量表(SQLS)和简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)分别评估患者的生活质量和应对方式。结果观察组阳性症状评分(8.78±1.94)分、阴性症状评分(8.50±1.85)分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.10、2.48,P<0.001)。观察组生活质量SQLS总分(18.85±10.39)分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.41,P<0.001)。观察组SCSQ积木及应对评分(2.06±0.41)分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.17,P<0.001)。结论改良森田疗法可以改善精神分裂症患者的精神症状、生活质量和积极应对方式。Objective To observe the effect of modified Morita therapy on the quality of life and coping style of schizophrenic patients in convalescent stage.Methods 80 schizophrenic convalescent patients hospitalized in Zibo Mental Health Center from May to October 2022 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases each.Both groups continued to use the original conventional drugs,and the observation group also received improved Morita therapy for a total of 5 weeks.The positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)was used to assess the psychiatric symptoms,and the Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale(SQLS)and the Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ)were used to assess the patients´quality of life and coping style,respectively.Results The positive symptom score(8.78±1.94)points and negative symptom score(8.50±1.85)points of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.10,2.48,P<0.001).The total SQLS score of quality of life in the observation group(18.85±10.39)points was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.41,P<0.001).The SCSQ positive coping style score of the observation group(2.06±0.41)points was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.17,P<0.001).Conclusion Modified Morita therapy can improve the mental symptoms,quality of life and positive coping styles of schizophrenic patients.
