中药热敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的研究进展

摘　　要：膝关节骨性关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)是老年人中常见的关节疾患,严重影响老年人生活质量。中医中药在防治KOA方面存在巨大的优势,有助于缓解症状,延缓疾病发展。本文通过搜索整理分析中药热敷在治疗KOA中的研究与报道,以期明确中药热敷的临床疗效,总结中药热敷治疗中用药、温度、疗程等具体细节,提出现阶段中药热敷在临床及研究中存在的一些不足。Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a common joint disease in the elderly,which seriously affects the quality of life of the elderly.Traditional Chinese medicine has great advantages in the prevention and treatment of KOA,which can help relieve symptoms and delay the development of the disease.This article searches and analyzes the research and reports on the treatment of KOA with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress,in order to clarify the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress,to summarize the specific details of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress therapy,such as medication,temperature,and course of treatment,and point out some shortcomings in clinical and research of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress at this stage.
