摘  要:目的对舒肝宁注射液两个指纹图谱化学成分进行化学成分研究,为其质量控制提供比较全面快速的评价方法。方法运用UPLC-Q-TOF-MS技术采集舒肝宁注射液指纹图谱,根据色谱峰保留时间、一级准分子离子数据和二级碎片离子数据,获得精确的相对分子量,结合文献信息进行分析,分析鉴定舒肝宁注射液中的化学成分。结果通过对舒肝宁注射液两个指纹图谱的分析,共鉴定出14个化学成分,包括有酚酸类4个(新绿原酸、去乙酰车叶草酸甲酯、绿原酸、隐绿原酸)、环烯醚萜类2个(京尼平龙胆双糖苷、栀子苷)、黄酮苷类3个(白杨素-7-O-葡萄糖醛酸苷千层纸素、千层纸素A-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷、黄芩苷)、核苷类4个(尿苷、腺苷、鸟苷、次黄嘌呤)、氨基酸类1个(亮氨酸)。结论UPLC-Q-TOF-MS技术可以快速、简便地对舒肝宁注射液中的化学成分定性分析,为下一步的舒肝宁注射液质量控制提供参考。Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Shuganning Injection using two fingerprint chromatograms,so as to provide a more comprehensive and rapid evaluation method for the quality control of Shuganning injection.Methods The fingerprint chromatograms of Shuganning Injection were collected by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time of flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)technique.Accurate relative molecular weights were obtained based on peak retention time,primary quasi-molecular ion data and secondary fragment ion data.Analysis was performed together with literature information to identify the chemical constituents in Shuganning Injection.Results Through the analysis of the two fingerprint chromatograms of Shuganning injection,a total of 14 chemical constituents were identified,including four phenolic acids(neochlorogenic acid,deacetyl asperulosidic acid methyl ester,chlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid),two iridoids(Genipin 1-Gentiobioside,geniposide),three flavonoids(oroxylin A 7-O-glucuronide,oroxylin A 7-O-β-D-glucuronide,baicalin),four nucleosides(uridine,adenosine,guanosine,hypoxanthine),and one amino acid(leucine).Conclusion The UPLC-Q-TOF-MS technique can qualitatively analyze the chemical constituents in Shuganning injection in a rapid and easy manner,which provides a reference for the next step of quality control of Sh uganning injection.
