摘  要:目的建立高效液相色谱法测定复方胰酶片中猪去氧胆酸和鹅去氧胆酸的含量。方法采用SunShell HFC_(18~30)色谱柱(100mm×4.6mm,2.6μm),流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸(35∶65∶0.1),检测波长为192nm,柱温为40℃,流速1.0 ml/min。结果猪去氧胆酸和鹅去氧胆酸在所考察的浓度范围内的峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9999和0.9998;平均加样回收率分别为76.6%[相对标准偏差(RSD)为4.5%]和91.4%(RSD为1.9%)。结论此方法准确、灵敏,可用于复方胰酶片中猪去氧胆酸和鹅去氧胆酸的测定。Objective To establish a high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for the determination of hyodeoxycholic acid and chenodeoxycholic acid in compound pancreatin tablets.Methods SunShell HFC_(18-30) column(100 mm×4.6 mm,2.6μm)was adopted.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid(35∶65∶0.1),the detection wavelength was 192 nm,the column temperature was 40℃,and the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Results There was a good linear correlation between the peak area and the concentration of hyodeoxycholic acid and chenodeoxycholic acid in the investigated concentration range,and the correlation coefficients were 0.9999 and 0.9998 respectively.The average recovery rates of sample addition were 76.6%(RSD was 4.5%)and 91.4%(RSD was 1.9%),respectively.Conclusion This method is accurate and sensitive,and it can be used for the determination of hyodeoxycholic acid and chenodeoxycholic acid in compound pancreatin tablets.
