摘 要:目的探讨医德认知专项教育对医学生专业素养的影响。方法选择2021年11月至2022年5月在牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院实习的68名学生为教学对象。采取随机数表法,将学生分为对照组和观察组两组,每组学生各34名。对照组采取常规教学,观察组开展医德认知专项教育。教学后,从实习生对医生工作岗位的认知评分、实习生医德认知评分和各个科室实习成绩平均分等方面,比较教学效果。结果在实习生对医生工作岗位的认知评分方面,观察组技术能力认知评分大于对照组;观察组实习生医德认知评分和各个科室实习成绩平均分均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医学生医德认知专项教育模式的构建,有效改善了实习生对医德的认知,同时也提高了医学生专业素养。Objective To explore the influence of specific medical ethics cognitive education on medical students’professional quality.Methods A total of 68 students who practiced as an intern in Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from November 2021 to May 2022 were selected as teaching objects.The students were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 34 students in each group.The control group was given routine teaching,while the observation group received specific medical ethics cognitive education.After teaching,the teaching effect was compared from the aspects of interns’cognitive score of doctors’posts,the score of interns’medical ethics cognition,the average practice scores in various departments,etc.Results In terms of interns’cognitive score of doctors’posts,the cognitive score of technical ability in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The score of interns’medical ethics cognition and the average practice scores in various departments in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The construction of the specific medical ethics cognitive education for medical students has effectively improved interns’medical ethics cognition and promoted their professional quality.
