王旭教授治疗甲状腺癌术后的临床经验

摘　　要：甲状腺癌是头颈部常见的肿瘤,近年来,甲状腺癌的发病率不断升高,甲状腺癌一般采用手术治疗、术后碘131(131I)治疗和促甲状腺激素(TSH)抑制治疗。甲状腺癌术后患者因痰结、气滞、血瘀、癌毒等病理因素出现一系列症状。王旭教授主张中西医结合治疗甲状腺癌术后,认为甲状腺癌术后患者主要病机为正气不足、气血失调,强调扶正对术后患者的重要性,在防止肿瘤复发的基础上,采用益气养阴、温补脾肾等方法,治疗甲状腺癌术后患者,达到理想的治疗效果。本文总结王旭教授对甲状腺癌术后的认识以及治疗经验,并附临证医案两则。Thyroid cancer is a common tumor in the head and neck.In recent years,the incidence of thyroid cancer has been increasing.Thyroid cancer is generally treated by surgery,postoperative iodine 131(131I)therapy and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)inhibition therapy.Patients undergoing thyroid cancer surgery have a series of symptoms due to pathological factors such as phlegm stagnation,qi stagnation,blood stasis and cancer toxin.Professor WANG Xu advocates the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine to treat postoperative patients with thyroid cancer.It is believed that the main pathogenesis of postoperative patients with thyroid cancer is deficiency of vital energy and imbalance of vital energy and blood,and the importance of strengthening the body support to postoperative patients is emphasized.On the basis of preventing tumor relapse,methods such as supplementing qi and nourishing yin and warming spleen and kidney are adopted to treat postoperative patients with thyroid cancer,with ideal therapeutic efficacy achieved.Professor WANG Xu’s understanding and treatment experience of thyroid cancer after operation are summarized in this paper,and two clinical medical records are attached.
