摘　　要：目的基于保护动机理论(PMT)对糖尿病患者入院后的治疗与护理感受进行质性研究,分析出医护人员在工作中所存在的问题和不足,为今后进一步改善医护人员的服务质量及提高糖尿病患者的自我健康管理能力提供参考。方法选取2022年7—8月山西省某三甲医院收治的17例糖尿病患者为研究对象,采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,以PMT为基础,制作访谈提纲,分析患者基于PMT理论的院内治疗与护理感受。结果糖尿病患者入院后治疗与护理感受共提炼出四个主题:糖尿病的整体评估与治疗欠佳、缺乏人文关怀、对患者的自我管理支持工作欠佳、糖尿病患者常见意外事件宣教指导欠佳。结论应从动机角度出发,以PMT七大核心主题为指导,制订相关干预计划,改善医护人员的服务质量,提高糖尿病患者的自我健康管理能力,促使糖尿病患者病情控制和健康恢复最佳化。Objective To qualitatively study the experience of treatment and nursing of diabetic patients after admission based on the protection motivation theory(PMT),and to analyze the problems and shortcomings of medical staff in their work,so as to provide reference for further improving the service quality of medical staff and improving the self-health management ability of diabetic patients in the future.Methods A total of 17 diabetic patients admitted to and treated in a grade A class 3 hospital in Shanxi Province from July to August 2022 were selected as the research objects.Based on PMT,an interview outline was made by using the phenomenological research method in qualitative research to analyze the patients’experience of nosocomial treatment and nursing based on PMT.Results Four themes were extracted from the experience of treatment and nursing of diabetic patients after admission:the overall evaluation and treatment of diabetes were poor;the humanistic care was insufficient;the self-management support work for patients were unsatisfied;and the education and guidance on common accidents of diabetic patients were deficient.Conclusion Relevant intervention plans shall be made from the perspective of motivation and guided by the core theme of PMT7,so that the service quality of medical staff can be improved,the self-health management ability of diabetic patients can be increased,and disease control and health recovery of diabetic patients can be optimized.
