摘　　要：目的探讨建立手术室护理工作全面质量管理(TQM)体系在术中获得性压力性损伤质量管理中的应用效果。方法成立手术室TQM小组,建立手术室护理工作TQM体系,TQM体系在术中获得性压力性损伤质量管理中应用:培养良好的质量文化、建立合格员工上岗机制、规范标准化工作、制订指标体系并进行效果评价、研发数据管理信息化系统。结果构建的TQM体系在术中获得性压力性损伤中应用后,术中获得性压力性损伤发生率由1.36%降至0.72%;2期及以上术中获得性压力性损伤发生率由0.23%降至0.12%。结论TQM体系的建立在术中获得性压力性损伤中应用,能有效降低术中获得性压力性损伤发生率,提升手术室护理工作质量,保障患者安全。Objective To explore the application effect of the established total quality management(TQM)system of nursing in operating room on quality management of intraoperative acquired pressure injury(IAPI).Methods The operating room TQM group was established,and the operating room nursing TQM system was established.The application of the TQM system in quality management of IAPI included cultivating good quality culture,establishing qualified staff appointment mechanism,normalizing standardization work,formulating index system and performing effect evaluation,and developing data management information system.Results After the application of the established TQM system in quality management of IAPI,the incidence of IAPI decreased from 1.36%to 0.72%;the incidence of IAPI≥stage 2 decreased from 0.23%to 0.12%.Conclusion The application of the TQM system in quality management of IAPI can effectively reduce the incidence of IAPI and improve the quality of nursing work in the operating room,so as to ensure patient safety.
