摘　　要：瑞马唑仑是苯二氮䓬类药物中的新成员,具有起效快、代谢快、镇痛时间短、苏醒快、安全性高等特点。阿芬太尼是阿片类家族中应用较早的药物,其代谢特点尤其适用于中度镇静。本综述主要是研究这两种药物的药理学、作用机制以及在无痛胃肠镜检查中的最新进展,为进一步的临床研究提供参考。Remazolam is a new member of benzodiazepines,which has the characteristics of fast onset,fast metabolism,short analgesic time,fast recovery and high safety.Afentanil is an early drug in the opioid family,and its metabolic characteristics are particularly suitable for moderate sedation.This review is mainly to study the pharmacology,mechanism of action and the latest progress of these two drugs in painless gastroenteroscopy,so as to provide reference for further clinical research.
