摘　　要：自拟导滞方是在保和丸基础上化裁而来。保和丸一方出自《丹溪心法》,是治疗轻型饮食积滞证的常用方。临床上主要运用保和丸治疗胃脘腹部胀满、饮食积滞、厌食、舌苔腻、脉滑。饮食积滞容易造成气机运行受阻,且易产生湿邪,湿易化热,因此治疗上应以消食化滞、理气和胃为主要原则,辅以清热化湿。The self-formulated Daozhi prescription is based on Baohe pills.Baohe Pill,which is derived from“Danxi Heart Law”,is a commonly used prescription for treating light diet stagnation syndrome.In clinical practice,Baohe pills are mainly used to treat abdominal distention,dietary stagnation,anorexia,tongue greasy,pulse slippery.Dietary stagnation is easy to cause the operation of Qi machine is blocked,and easy to produce dampness evil,dampness easy heat,so the treatment should be based on the main principle of digestion and stagnation,regulating qi and stomach,supplemented by clearing heat and dampness.
