乳腺癌组织中eIF4E、eIF5A2、KLF4、YAP1的表达水平及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌组织中真核细胞翻译起始因子4E(eIF4E)和5A2(eIF5A2)、Krüppel样因子4(KLF4)、Yes相关蛋白1(YAP1)的表达水平及临床意义。方法 :将接受手术治疗的乳腺癌组织50例作为观察组,同时选取50例癌旁正常组织作为对照组,检测两组eIF4E、eIF5A2、KLF4、YAP1的表达水平,分析其与乳腺癌病理特征的临床意义。结果 :观察组eIF4E、eIF5A2、YAP1阳性表达率均高于对照组(P <0.05),KLF4低于对照组(P <0.05);在临床分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期及发生淋巴结转移的患者中,eIF4E、eIF5A2、YAP1高表达患者占比高于低表达(P <0.05),KLF4高表达患者占比低于低表达(P <0.05)。结论 :乳腺癌组织中,eIF4E、eIF5A2、YAP1水平呈高表达,KLF4水平呈低表达,是评估疾病进展的重要指标。Objective:To investigate the expression levels of eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4E(eIF4E)and 5A2(eIF5A2),Krüppel-like factor 4(KLF4)and Yes-associated protein 1(YAP1)in breast cancer tissues and their clinical significance.Methods:Fifty cases of breast cancer tissues treated with surgery were used as an observation group,while 50 cases of normal paracancerous tissues were selected as a control group.The expression levels of eIF4E,eIF5A2,KLF4 and YAP1 in the two groups were determined,and their clinical significance in relation to the pathological characteristics of breast cancer was analyzed.Results:The positive expression rates of eIF4E,eIF5A2 and YAP1 were higher and those of KLF4 were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Among patients with clinical stageⅠ~Ⅱand lymph node metastasis,the proportion of patients with high expression of eIF4E,eIF5A2 and YAP1 was higher than that with low expression(P<0.05),and the proportion of patients with high expression of KLF4 was lower than that with low expression(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high expression of eIF4E,eIF5A2 and YAP1 and the low expression of KLF4 in breast cancer tissues are important indicators for assessing disease progression.
