摘　　要：目的:总结药师参与耐碳青霉烯类肠杆菌科(CRE)血流感染治疗的实践与体会。方法:通过分析典型病例,阐述药师参与CRE血流感染治疗的临床思维与体会。结果:在CRE血流感染治疗中,药师可以协助医师从用药方案制订、治疗药物监测和用药安全性监护等方面发挥重要作用。结论 :药师通过参与药物治疗,可帮助医师提高药物治疗水平。Objective:To summarize the experience of pharmacists participating in the treatment of carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriaceae(CRE)bacteremia.Methods:The clinical thinking and experience of pharmacists participating in the treatment of CRE bacteremia were described by the analysis of typical cases.Results:Pharmacists could play an important role in assisting physicians to choose medication schemes,therapeutic drug monitoring,monitoring of medication safety and so on.Conclusion:Pharmacists can help physicians improve the level of drug treatment by participating in drug therapy.
