摘　　要：目的 :探究中药膏方的质量标准,以确保临床使用的安全有效,为建立行业规范提供借鉴。方法 :通过多年的实践经验,利用现代信息技术手段,确定中药膏方质量控制的关键因素,分别从外观性状、相对密度、装量、不溶物、微生物限度、得膏量进行考察。结果:初步建立了膏方得膏量理论预测方案。与经验分析评价相比,更全面和准确,具有科学性和可行性。结论 :中药膏方质量标准的研究制定有助于规范行业标准。得膏量软件的开发应用有助于中药膏方处方现代化发展,是便利医师、服务药师的重要基石。Objective:To explore the quality standards of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)paste prescription as a way to ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical use and to provide reference for the establishment of industry norms.Methods:Through years of practical experience and using modern information technology tools,the key factors for quality control of TCM paste prescription were identified and the appearance characteristics,relative density,loading capacity,insoluble matter,microbial limit and paste yield were investigated.Results:The quality control standard of TCM paste prescription was preliminarily established.Compared with empirical analysis and evaluation,it was more comprehensive,accurate,scientific and feasible.Conclusion:The research and formulation of the quality control standard for TCM paste prescription can help to standardize the industry standard and the development and application of TCM paste volume software can also help to modernize the paste prescription,which are an important cornerstone for the convenience of doctors and pharmacists.
