摘　　要：随着经济发展和社会进步,面部衰老已逐渐成为整形美容外科领域的热点,面部年轻化需求也在不断增长。然而,目前有关面部衰老的研究多集中于中上面部,下面部衰老则少见报道。其中,羊腮畸形为下面部衰老的重要特征之一,表现为口角外侧、下颌角前方的下面部区域皮肤重度松弛、下垂,皮下软组织堆积形成的形似山羊腮部的囊袋状外观。因其严重影响外观,近年来愈加受到求美者及美容整形医生的关注。本文综述羊腮畸形的发生机制及目前的治疗策略,以助术者更深入理解羊腮畸形及中下面部衰老的相关变化。With the development of economy and social progress,facial aging has gradually become a hot spot in the field of plastic and aesthetic surgery,and the demand for facial rejuvenation is also growing.However,current studies on facial aging mostly focus on the upper and middle face,while lower face aging is rarely reported.Among them,cheek ptosis is one of the important features of aging lower face,which is characterized by severe relaxation and ptosis of the skin in the lower face area outside the mouth and in front of the mandibular angle,and the accumulation of subcutaneous soft tissue forming a pouch-like appearance resembling the goat's cheek.Because of its serious impact on appearance,it has attracted more and more attention from beauty seekers and plastic surgeons in recent years.This article reviewed the mechanism of cheek ptosis and current treatment strategies,in order to help surgeons better understand the changes of cheek ptosis and aging of the middle and lower face.
