摘　　要：目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀钙联合瑞格列奈对老年2型糖尿病的药理作用。方法本研究共纳入山东省济宁市泗水县人民医院2019年2月至2022年12月收治的120例老年2型糖尿病患者,采用随机对照试验方法,将120例老年2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组采用瑞舒伐他汀钙联合瑞格列奈治疗,对照组采用单一药物治疗(瑞舒伐他汀钙或瑞格列奈)。治疗时间为12周,观察指标包括血糖水平、胰岛素指标、血脂水平、不良反应发生率和临床疗效等。结果治疗4周、12周时,治疗组患者的空腹血糖水平,胰岛素和C肽水平,总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平,治疗总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀钙联合瑞格列奈治疗老年2型糖尿病具有较好的药理作用,能够同时改善血糖和血脂水平。Objective To investigate the pharmacological effects of rosuvastatin calcium combined with repaglinide on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were enrolled in this study in the Sishui County People's Hospital,Jining City,Shandong Province from February 2,2019 to December 22,2022.Using a randomized controlled trial,120 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 60 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with rosuvastatin calcium combined with repaglinide,and the control group was treated with a single drug(rosuvastatin calcium or repaglinide).The treatment period is 12 weeks,and the observation indicators include blood glucose levels,insulin indicators,blood lipid levels,incidence of adverse reactions,and clinical efficacy.Results At 4 and 12 weeks of treatment,fasting glucose levels,insulin and C-peptide levels,total cholesterol,triacylglycerol,and LDL cholesterol levels,and total treatment efficiency were significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin calcium combined with repaglinide has a better pharmacological effect in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes,and can simultaneously improve blood glucose and lipid levels.
