腹腔镜+输尿管镜治疗输尿管结石术后输尿管狭窄的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨腹腔镜+输尿管镜治疗输尿管结石术后输尿管狭窄的临床效果。方法 选择我院2020年1月至2022年12月纳入的30例输尿管结石术后输尿管狭窄患者,根据手术方案不同分为两组。对照组采取传统开放手术,观察组患者则实施腹腔镜+输尿管镜治疗。比较两组患者手术时间、术中失血量、术后镇痛药物使用总量、住院时间以及肠道通气时间、下床时间、并发症发生率以及手术前后患者生活质量。结果 观察组手术时间、术中失血量、术后镇痛药物使用总量、住院时间以及肠道通气时间、下床时间短或少于对照组,P <0.05。观察组并发症是0、低于对照组的40.00%,P <0.05。手术前两组生活质量评分比较,P> 0.05,对照组是(60.25±2.16)分,观察组是(60.21±2.12)分,而在手术后,观察组生活质量(95.24±3.61)分优于对照组(80.25±2.62)分,P <0.05。结论 输尿管结石术后输尿管狭窄患者实施腹腔镜+输尿管镜治疗最大限度地降低了术后并发症的发生率,在减少损伤、加速术后康复以及促进患者生活质量改善等方面效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopy+ureteroscopy in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods Thirty patients with postoperative ureteral stricture included in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the surgical plan.The control group underwent traditional open surgery,while the patients in the observation group underwent laparoscopic+ureteroscopic treatment.Compare operation time,intraoperative blood loss,total postoperative analgesic use,hospital stay,duration of intestinal ventilation,time to bed,complication rate,and quality of life before and after surgery.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,total postoperative analgesic use,hospital stay,intestinal ventilation time and implantation time were lower than the control group,P<0.05.The complications in the observation group were 0,lower than 40.00%in the control group,P<0.05.The comparison of the two groups,P>0.05,(60.25±2.16)and(60.21±2.12),showed that the observed group had(95.24±3.61)better than(80.25±2.62)of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The laparoscopic+ureteroscopy treatment minimized the occurrence of postoperative complications,and achieved remarkable results in reducing injury,accelerating postoperative rehabilitation,and promoting the improvement of patient quality of life.
