颜面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎应用他克莫司软膏治疗的效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨颜面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎应用他克莫司软膏治疗的疗效。方法 选取2019年6月至2020年6月在大连市皮肤病医院药剂科60例颜面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组30例采取临床传统口服左西替利嗪片治疗,试验组30例使用他克莫司软膏治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的临床有效率、不良反应发生情况(包括干燥脱屑、红斑加重、腹泻腹痛),比较两组患者的症状积分(包括皮肤萎陷、毛细血管扩张、痤疮样病变和潮红)。结果 试验组患者的临床有效率明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组患者发生红斑加重、腹泻腹痛的患者比例明显少于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组患者治疗后发生皮肤萎陷、毛细血管扩张以及痤疮样病变和潮红患者比例少于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 对颜面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者,应用他克莫司软膏治疗的临床效果显著,有效性及治疗安全性较高。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of tacrolimus ointment on facial glucocorticoid dependent dermatitis.Methods Sixty patients with facial glucocorticoid dependent dermatitis were selected from the Department of Pharmacy Dalian Dermatology Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020.They were randomly divided into a control group of 30 patients who received traditional oral levocetirizine tablets for treatment,and an experimental group of 30 patients who received tacrolimus ointment.The clinical effective rate and adverse reactions(including dry desquamation,erythema aggravation,diarrhea and abdominal pain)were compared between the two groups.The symptom scores(including skin atrophy,telangiectasia,acne-like lesions and flushing)were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with erythema aggravation,diarrhea and abdominal pain in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with skin collapse,telangiectasia,acne-like lesions and flushing after treatment in the experimental group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with facial glucocorticoid dependent dermatitis,tacrolimus ointment has a significant clinical effect,good efficacy,and treatment safety for patients.
