锁定钢板内固定治疗锁骨中段粉碎性骨折的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨对锁骨中段粉碎性骨折患者使用锁定钢板内固定治疗的临床效果。方法 选择我院收治的124例成人锁骨中段粉碎性骨折患者为本次研究对象,按照随机分组的方式,分为研究组和对照组,每组62例,对照组使用重建钢板固定法,研究组使用锁定钢板内固定法。从患者治疗后的骨折愈合时间、住院时间、术中出血量、血清炎症指标及患者治疗后的肩关节活动度5个方面比较两组的治疗效果。结果 研究组患者的骨折愈合时间、住院时间、术中出血量、肩关节功能评分以及患者治疗后的肩关节活动度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 锁骨中段粉碎性骨折患者应用锁定钢板内固定治疗效果显著,能有效缩短患者的愈合时间、住院时间,改善患者的肩关节功能。Objective To analyze the efficacy of locking plate internal fixation in patients with comminuted middle clavicle fracture and the healing time after treatment.Methods One hundred and twenty-four adult patients with comminuted middle clavicle fracture in our hospital were selected as this study subjects,divided into study group and control group according to randomization,62 cases in each group.The control group used reconstruction plate fixation,and the study group used locking plate internal fixation.The treatment effect of the two groups were compared from the time of fracture healing,hospitalization time,intraoperative bleeding,serum inflammation index and shoulder mobility after treatment.Results The fracture healing time,hospitalization time,intraoperative bleeding,shoulder function score,and treated shoulder mobility were better than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of locking plate internal fixation in patients with comminuted fracture of the middle clavicle has a significant effect,which can effectively shorten the healing time and hospitalization time of patients and improve the shoulder joint function of patients.
