摘　　要：目的分析皮肤异色病样淀粉样变1例及皮肤镜表现。方法对我院1例皮肤异色病样淀粉样变实施皮肤镜检查,分析表现情况。结果皮肤镜可见白色瘢痕样中心,点状、片状不同模式棕黄色色素沉着,毛细血管扩张,散在点状出血。结论将皮肤镜用于诊断皮肤异色病样淀粉样变诊断效果较佳,能够为临床治疗提供有效依据。Objective To analyze a case of skin heterochromatosis amyloidosis and its dermoscopic manifestations.Methods Dermatoscopy was performed on a case of skin heterochromatosis amyloidosis in our hospital,and the manifestations were analyzed.Results Dermatoscopy showed a white scar like center with different patterns of brown yellow pigmentation,dot like and sheet like,with telangiectasia and scattered spot like bleeding.Conclusion Dermatoscopy is effective in the diagnosis of skin heterochromatosis amyloidosis and can provide an effective basis for clinical treatment.
