康妇消炎栓联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)在人工流产术后患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察对人工流产术后患者实施康妇消炎栓联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)治疗对其预后效果的影响。方法将2021年10月至2022年10月本院收治的122例人工流产术后患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各61例,对照组采用康妇消炎栓治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上联用屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)治疗,于治疗当日、出院前1 d对比两组患者的康复指标、并发症发生率、炎性介质水平及子宫动脉血流水平。结果治疗前1 d,两组炎性介质水平及子宫动脉血流水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院前1 d,观察组患者康复指标、并发症发生率、炎性介质水平及子宫动脉血流水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施康妇消炎栓联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)能够改善人工流产术后患者炎性介质水平和子宫动脉血流水平,降低其预后并发症的发生率,从而缓解阴道流血情况。Objective observe the effect of kangfu xiaoyan suppository combined with drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)on the prognosis of patients after artificial abortion.Methods One hundred and twenty-two patients with artificial abortion admitted in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number method,with 61 patients in each group.The control group was treated with kangfu xiaoyan suppository,while the observation group was treated with drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)on the basis of the control group.On the day of treatment and one day before discharge,the clinical treatment indexes,complication rate,inflammatory media level and uterine artery blood flow level of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of inflammatory mediators and uterine artery blood flow in the two groups were significantly different one day before treatment(P>0.05).One day before discharge,the clinical treatment index,complication rate,inflammatory medium level and uterine artery blood flow in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of kangfu xiaoyan suppository combined with drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)can improve the level of inflammatory mediators and uterine artery blood flow in patients after artificial abortion,reduce the occurrence rate of prognostic complications,and thus alleviate the time of vaginal bleeding.
