同质化护理教育在胃癌患者围手术期护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探索同质化护理教育在胃癌患者围手术期中的应用价值。方法选取我院2020年4月至2022年5月诊治的胃癌患者134例为研究对象,均行胃癌根治术治疗,术后接受化疗,以随机数字表法分为两组,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上行同质化健康护理教育,对比两组的术后治疗依从性、健康认知评分、并发症发生率等。结果观察组患者术前1 d、术后7 d的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出院1个月后的健康认知评分和术后治疗依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出院1个月后自我效能感量表(ESCA)的4个维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论同质化护理教育的应用有助于提高胃癌患者的健康认知水平,缓解不良情绪,提高治疗配合度,提高患者的自我效能感,这对于促进患者术后康复具有积极的意义。Objective To explore the application value of homogeneous health care education in patients with gastric cancer.Methods select our hospital from April 2020 to May 2022134 cases of gastric cancer patients for the study object,all gastric cancer radical treatment,postoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy,with random number method into two groups,the control group to give routine nursing intervention,observation group on this basis upward homogeneous health care education,compare the two groups of postoperative treatment compliance,health cognitive score,complication rate,etc.Results The SAS and SDS scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 1 day before surgery and 7 days after surgery(P<0.05).The observation group had higher health cognition scores after 1 month,and higher postoperative treatment compliance than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale(ESCA)after 1 month in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of homogeneous health nursing education is helpful to improve the health cognition level of gastric cancer patients,relieve bad mood,improve the treatment cooperation,and improve the self-efficacy of patients,which has positive significance for promoting postoperative rehabilitation.
